How It Works:

We’ll walk hand in hand with you as we go through the following 5 steps to create the travel brand you’ve always dreamed of, but never quite had the resources to pull off. Each of the 5 categories has lots of items to choose from, but all of them come with the basics of what you need. Think of it like building a house!

1: Choose or Refine Your Logo

Whether you have a logo you love, but it just needs to be polished up a little bit, or you’re starting from scratch – your logo is the foundation for every other aspect of your brand. So it has to be right. We’ve got tons of inspiration for you from templates to examples of what others are doing. We’ll choose a direction and provide you with 3 options to choose from. Then it’s off to the races!

2: Select Your Collateral Templates

At this stage, we take the logo we just built together and apply it to the business card, product flyers, envelopes, etc. of your choice. Again, we’ll provide you with templates and examples to choose from.

3: Configure Your Website Package

Your Brand Box comes with one year of hosting, as well as the set up and configuration of your basic website. This will cover who you are, what you do, how to work with you, etc. You’ll choose your template, and then we’ll customize it so it’s uniquely yours. You’ll have a login to make basic changes, as well as a direct line to us when you need the big stuff done. We’ll integrate your social media accounts, any photos you already have and love, or we’ll get you some new ones. By the end of step 2, you’ll have a great site you can build on. We offer ongoing maintenance and update packages for your site that you can choose to implement after your first year with us.

4: Set Up Your Digital Marketing

This is where we put your site to work. We’ll set up your email templates, newsletter, and basic SEO to ensure that you’ve got the right ingredients to drive traffic to the beautiful site we just made. We prefer to work with MailChimp, so we’ll set up your free account, or we can work with your existing email and content management platforms, if you have one.

5: Develop Your Social Media Presence

Finally, we’ll take your branding and ensure that you’ve got all the right social media assets sending traffic to your website and your lead list. We’ll make sure that everything matches down to the hex color and that you’ve got a consistent look and feel to your voice, photos, and topics. After step 5, you’ll have a well-oiled machine ready to start making a real difference for your travel business.

How long does the process take?

It’s different for everyone. Some are able to race through this entire process in 2 weeks. Some have been on step 1 for a few months. You set the pace, and we follow your lead. Many want to spend the most time making sure their logo is perfect – and that’s fine with us. Some know what they want or bring their own logo, so we move on to the next steps more quickly. If you’re in a rush, we are in a rush. If you want to take this slow, that’s what we do.

Who owns the materials we create?

You do. You will receive a formal release giving you 100% ownership of absolutely everything we create. That includes the logos, the fonts, the photos, and more. We want you to leave this process with everything you need. We hope you’ll stay on with a membership and trust us to manage your marketing forever, but that’s your decision. We give you the rights to everything as long as your payment is made.

Will my stuff be unique?

Absolutely. Even though we start with templates, we provide our professional design, writing, and creative oversight to ensure there are no cookie cutters around here. We are trying to be the antidote to what’s out there now.

How do I make changes to my materials later?

You’ll have the logins you’ll need to go in and make changes when you want to. We offer lots of training through our membership programs that will help you do just that. Or we can put you on a maintenance program and do everything for you until the end of time. Or the end of TIMA, whichever happens first. 

Once you’re in maintenance mode, we’ll help you select a package that will keep everything you’ve built running smoothly and easily updatable in the future.
